MIT came to us looking for a series of pieces that would showcase some of the university’s most incredible stories of scientific discovery. These three films pay tribute to the human spirit, none more resoundingly than The Sound of Gravity, featured in The New York Times.

The second film follows Dr. Li-Huei Tsai and her team of MIT scientists as they investigate ways to reverse the affects of Alzheimer's and other diseases of the aging brain.

In the third film, MIT scientists contribute to one of the century's most profound biological discoveries: Using nature's tools to edit the human genome. Learn about CRISPR and gene-editing techniques in this short film featuring Dr. Feng Zhang.
